You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, or sell any portion of the Chatbot without ArkLabs Digital's prior written consent.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Chatbot. We do not guarantee the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Chatbot or its content.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Chatbot at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms of Use.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United States of America.
